Spam policy

Scope

This policy governs all outreach sent on Appointek's behalf. No third party, affiliate, or reseller is authorized to send unsolicited messages referencing appointek.com or its sending domains outside the standards set out below. Any such messages must comply fully with this policy or are not sanctioned by Appointek. Advertising this site or its domains through unsolicited bulk messaging that does not meet these standards is prohibited.

What Appointek does

Appointek is a business-to-business appointment-setting service for commercial cleaning contractors. On a client's behalf we send B2B email and LinkedIn messages to commercial decision makers and book meetings. We do not send consumer email, newsletters, or bulk promotional blasts.

How we send

Every message identifies who is writing and why, and gives a real, monitored reply address. Subject lines and headers are accurate, with no false or misleading routing information. We send from domains we own and warm, never from a client's domain. Each address is verified against the mail server before a send, and a sending lane halts automatically at a 3% bounce rate.

Lists

We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade contact lists. Contacts are researched one at a time, are business roles at commercial facilities, and are relevant to the client's service. One person or building is contacted once. Duplicates and prior opt-outs are suppressed at the database.

Your choices

To stop receiving messages, reply with "unsubscribe" or "remove", or email harley@appointek.com. We honour every opt-out promptly and suppress the address permanently across all campaigns. You do not have to buy anything, reply, or explain.

Compliance

We operate consistent with applicable anti-spam law for business email, including identifying the sender, giving a working way to opt out, and honouring removal requests. We do not use deceptive headers, subject lines, or sender names.

Report a message

To report a message, request removal, or ask a question, email harley@appointek.com with the address that was contacted. We will remove it and confirm.
