The site is a single static page. We use minimal, privacy-preserving analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell any data.

Prospect and client data

On a client's behalf we process business contact information, such as a name, role, company, business email, and business address, to send relevant B2B outreach and book meetings. Our basis is legitimate interest in reaching relevant businesses. We do not process consumer or special-category data for this purpose, and we do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted and suppressed. Email harley@appointek.com and we will action it promptly.

Retention and security

We keep contact data only as long as it is useful for outreach or needed for suppression, then remove it. Access is limited to the people running the campaigns.

We will update this page if our practices change, and note the date at the top.
